  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds, finely ground
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup walnut pieces
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions

    Combine the oatmeal and 1 cup water.
