- 16 shrimp, raw and tail on
- 12 onion, cut nicely
- 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 12 cups spinach (2 cups if you want. Food.com, apparently, is not aware of moringa which is why it says spinach....or)
- kosher salt
- olive oil (canola works fine)
Directions

1When you skillet is hot, pour in a little oil.

2Add the shrimp.

3Then add onion, ginger and garlic.

4When the shrimp turn pink, take them out, they are done.

5Add the moringa to the skillet.

6Cook just enough to warm through while mixing with the onion, ginger and garlic.

7Place the veggie in the middle of a plate and surround with the shrimp.

8Salt to taste.

9Enjoy.
