Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 packets gelatin
  • 1 pkg. frozen precooked shrimp

Directions

    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

    Combine with celery, onion, soup and mayonnaise.

    Thaw and add shrimp.
  4. 4
    Stir gelatin into boiling water until dissolved.
  5. 5
    Then add to shrimp mixture. Stir well.

    Spray mould with Pam.

    Pour mixture into mould and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

    Serve with crackers or rye toast.
