- 2 cans small shrimp or 12 oz. frozen shrimp
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine soup (undiluted), cream cheese, mayonnaise, gelatine, salt and pepper in a saucepan over low heat; blend until smooth. Stir in shrimp, celery and onion.

2Pour into well-greased mold and chill 4 hours or overnight.

3Unmold and serve on lettuce leaves with Ritz crackers and seafood sauce.
