Ingredients
- 1/4 c. shallots, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. cooked, chopped shrimp
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. mayo
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In pot, dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water; add soup and boil. Add cheese until melted.

2Blend in mayo.

3Add shrimp, shallots and celery.

4Grease mold and fold in mixture.

5Chill for at least 12 hours.

6Serve with crackers.
