Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 2 c. cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • dash of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Heat soup; dissolve softened cheese in it.

    Soak gelatin in cold water; dissolve in hot cheese mixture.

    Let cool 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a mold and chill.

    Serve with Ritz crackers.
