- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 c. cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- dash of garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat soup; dissolve softened cheese in it.

2Soak gelatin in cold water; dissolve in hot cheese mixture.

3Let cool 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.

4Pour into a mold and chill.

5Serve with Ritz crackers.
