- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- dash of salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 7 or 8 oz. canned shrimp, chopped
Directions

1Mix cheese and soup in saucepan.

2Melt gelatine in water and add.

3Stir in onion and shrimp; remove from heat.

4Fold in the mayonnaise.

5Pour into mold.

6Chill for 24 hours.

7Serve with buttery crackers.
