Shrimp Mousse Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, crumbled
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 to 1 c. finely minced celery
  • 1/4 to 3/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 small cans small shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Bring soup to boiling point, but do not

    cream cheese and gelatin in hot soup and whip with

    Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and shrimp.

    Pour into Jell-O mold. Chill overnight. Turn out onto a serving plate and serve with your favorite crackers.
