- 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp
- 4 oz. olive oil
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Goya sauce to taste
- 2 to 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 to 3 oz. white wine
- 2 or 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
- pepper to taste
- cooked rice
Directions

1Peel and clean shrimp.

2Heat olive oil in a pan and saute shrimp until they start to turn pink.

3Add garlic, bay leaf, salt, paprika and soy sauce.

4Add lemon juice, white wine and 2 or 3 drops of Worcestershire sauce.

5Sprinkle with white or black pepper.

6Add fresh parsley, if desired.
