  • 1 1/2 lb. ready to eat shrimp
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. onion
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    In a large frying pan, saute onion and pepper in 2 teaspoons butter. Add soup, sour cream and shrimp.

    Stir until well blended. Serve over white rice.
