- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 c. cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
- dash of thyme
- cooked rice
Directions

1Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender; add in curry powder.

2Cook 1 minute; stir in soup, water, shrimp and thyme. Simmer a few minutes.

3Serve over hot, cooked rice.
