Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine (not cooking wine!)
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 8 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 TBS soy sauce
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 TBS fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 lb linguine, angel hair, penne, your choice

Directions

    Cook Pasta according to al-dente package directions, drain.

    Saute shrimp in small amount of olive oil until just pink, set aside.

    In large saucepan, add Olive Oil, White Wine, and garlic, simmer 2-3 minutes. Stir in cream, soy sauce, parsley, hot sauce, and simmer until thickened.

    Add shrimp and simmer for 2 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked. Toss sauce with pasta.

    Top with grated parmesan cheese, serve immediately.
