- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 pod garlic
- 1/4 tsp. Creole mustard
- 4 oz. Chablis
- 12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In saute pan, melt butter; add garlic.

2Add wine and mustard. Add shrimp; cook until they curl.

3Remove shrimp to warm plate. Add whipping cream and Cajun seasoning.

4To liquid in pan, add cream; reduce by 1/3.

5Add Parmesan cheese; stir until melted. Serve over linguine noodles.
