  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 pod garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. Creole mustard
  • 4 oz. Chablis
  • 12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In saute pan, melt butter; add garlic.

    Add wine and mustard. Add shrimp; cook until they curl.

    Remove shrimp to warm plate. Add whipping cream and Cajun seasoning.

    To liquid in pan, add cream; reduce by 1/3.

    Add Parmesan cheese; stir until melted. Serve over linguine noodles.
