Ingredients

  • 1 lb. small shrimp, cooked and shelled (save 1 shrimp with shell for decoration)
  • 8 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. mace
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. chili sauce

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

    Transfer the mixture to an oiled bowl.

    Chill the pate for 4 hours before serving.

    Unmold onto a serving plate and decorate with greens and shrimp with shell on.
