- 1 lb. small shrimp, cooked and shelled (save 1 shrimp with shell for decoration)
- 8 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. mace
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
Directions

1Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

2Transfer the mixture to an oiled bowl.

3Chill the pate for 4 hours before serving.

4Unmold onto a serving plate and decorate with greens and shrimp with shell on.
