  • 2 lb. peeled shrimp
  • 1 3/4 sticks margarine
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. green onions (about)
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 1/2 c. raw rice

Directions

    Melt butter and saute vegetables.

    Place sauteed vegetables and all other ingredients in a casserole dish.

    Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°, stirring after 30 minutes.
