  • 1 (8 oz.) jar picante salsa (mild, medium or hot)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. Christopher Ranch garlic, drained
  • 20 medium size shrimp, cooked, drained and shelled
  • 2/3 c. rice

Directions

    Bring picante to boil in deep pan with butter, onion and garlic.

    Cut shrimp in half or leave whole.

    Add to picante until hot.

    Serve on rice.
