- 1 (8 oz.) jar picante salsa (mild, medium or hot)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. Christopher Ranch garlic, drained
- 20 medium size shrimp, cooked, drained and shelled
- 2/3 c. rice
Directions

1Bring picante to boil in deep pan with butter, onion and garlic.

2Cut shrimp in half or leave whole.

3Add to picante until hot.

4Serve on rice.
