  • yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (3 3/4 oz.)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. white rum (Bacardi)
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Grease and flour pan. Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan. Mix all other ingredients for about 2 minutes and pour on nuts in pan. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
