- 2 deep-dish pie crusts
- 1 carton cream and milk mixture
- 8 eggs
- 12 oz. coarsely grated Swiss cheese
- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Line pie crusts with Swiss cheese. Saute shrimp with garlic and green onions.

3Place atop the Swiss cheese.

4Whip eggs, gradually adding the cream and milk mixture. Pour egg mixture over shrimp.

5Bake for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325° and bake 35 minutes longer.
