- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 4 oz. small cooked shrimp
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 1/4 tsp. dill seed
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt (scant)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Separate rolls into 2 equal pieces.

2Cut in half.

3Press into small muffin tins.

4Divide shrimp.

5Blend all ingredients.

6Divide among shells.

7Sprinkle cheese over each.

8Bake at 350°

9for 20 minutes or until brown.

10Cool and freeze.

11When you want to serve them, place the frozen quiche on baking sheet and reheat for 15 minutes.
