- 1 pound prawns (16/20 count, shells on and deveined)
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Directions

1If using wooden BBQ skewers soak in water for at least one hour.

2Mix marinade ingredients and soak prawns for 15 to 20 minutes.

3Set up your grill for Direct Heat and make a grill shield with heavy-duty aluminum foil.

4Arrange prawns on your BBQ skewers.

5Grill over Direct Deat for about 2 or 3 minutes on the first sight (rotate on the grill as needed to avoid hot spots).

6When they start to turn color flip on the grill and cook for another minute or 2 (be careful not to overcook).

7Remove from the grill and serve immediatel (you can serve with a dipping sauce if you like).
