- 1 lb. cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/3 c. low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tomatoes
- 6 lettuce leaves
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except tomatoes and lettuce leaves. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

2Then when ready to serve, cut tomatoes in half, making zigzag, cutting to make 6 halves.

3Then put on lettuce leaves.
