Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, deveined and cooked
- 8 oz. linguini
- 2 carrots, cut in julienne strips
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 pkg. frozen pea pods
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
Directions

1Cook linguini according to package directions.

2Cook carrots in microwave 2 to 3 minutes.

3In large bowl toss together shrimp, linguini, carrots, pea pods and green onions. In a small bowl mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, water, garlic powder, pepper and peanut butter.

4Whisk until smooth.

5Pour over shrimp

6mixture and mix until all ingredients are coated.
