  • 1 lb shrimp, cooked and cleaned
  • 12 cup chopped celery
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 23 cup mayonnaise
  • 18 teaspoon tarragon leaf
  • 14 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • lemon slice
