  • 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans small shrimp, chilled, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, chilled and drained
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 wedges iceberg lettuce

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except lettuce.
