  • 12 whole Shrimps, Boiled And Peeled
  • 4 whole Piquillo Peppers, Chopped
  • 1 whole Spring Onion, Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 2 whole Big Ripe Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 13 cups Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 pinches Salt

    Peel the shrimp if they are not peeled yet.

    Cut the shrimp into 4 pieces each.

    Chop the piquillo peppers, spring onion, green pepper, and tomatoes.

    Combine all the ingredients well.

    Pour the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with the salt.
