Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. milk or white wine
- 2 green onions
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 tsp. Trader Joe's lemon pepper blend
- 1 bag Trader Joe's lemon pepper pasta, cooked
- 1/4 c. Romano cheese, freshly grated
Directions

1Saute shrimp in butter and lemon for a few minutes.

2Add onions, mushrooms and broccoli.

3When broccoli is done, add spices, then mix cornstarch with milk or wine.

4Slowly add to pan, stirring until it begins to bubble.

5Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.

6Serve over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grated cheese.
