Shrimp Saute

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned and shelled
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Directions

    In heavy skillet, melt butter; add all other ingredients except shrimp.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes, stirring often.

    Remove from burner and let sit for 10 to 30 minutes.

    Add shrimp and return to boil.

    Lower heat and stir mixture until shrimp are done (about 6 to 8 minutes).

    Serve sauce over shrimp or use for dipping with French bread.
