- 3 Tbsp. oleo (margarine)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 4 or 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- dash of liquid hot pepper seasoning
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions

1Use wok or heavy skillet and medium heat.

2Making sure it is hot, add 3 tablespoons margarine and the olive oil.

3When butter is melted, add onion, garlic, lemon juice and salt.

4Cook until onion is limp.

5Should take about 30 seconds.

6Turn heat on high. Add shrimp; stir-fry until shrimp turn pink, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.

7Add lemon peel, parsley and hot pepper seasoning to taste.

8Garnish with lemon wedge; squeeze on each serving.

9Serve with buttered rice.
