- 2 lb. shrimp
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic
- fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- black pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can chicken broth
Directions

1In saucepan, but oil, cleaned and peeled shrimp and chopped garlic.

2Saute until shrimp is cooked.

3In the same pan, add butter.

4Squeeze 2 lemons.

5Add parsley and black pepper to taste. When all is blended together, add chicken broth; let simmer 5 to 10 minutes.

6Add bread crumbs; stir.

7Cook another 5 minutes. Serve over cooked rice or thin spaghetti.
