- 2 lb. shrimp (raw)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. wine
- oregano (dash)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. parsley
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- linguine or rice
Directions

1Whisk together all ingredients except shrimp.

2Pour mixture over shrimp; cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

3Place shrimp and liquid in shallow pan and bake at 500° until shrimp are pink. Do not overbake, this does not take very long to cook.

4Serve over linguine or rice.
