- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Have butcher butterfly a leg of lamb, or if your able, remove the bone yourself.

2Flatten the meat and roast on grill until done to your taste.
