  • 1/2 c. tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 small (4 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine (optional)
  • 2 cans shredded shrimp

Directions

    Heat soup slowly; do not boil.

    Add gelatine and salt, then set aside.

    Mix with Miracle Whip and cream cheese.

    Add celery, onion and soup.

    Then add shrimp.

    Pour into quart mold and let stand in refrigerator at least 8 to 12 hours.

    Very good on Triscuit crackers.
