  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
  • 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans tiny shrimp, drained and soaked as label directs
  • 3/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    In a small mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in lemon juice.

    Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 12 hours to blend flavors.

    Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
