- 1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 3/4 c. tomato paste
- 4 bouillon cubes
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 chopped red (hot) pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and garlic to taste
- 1 1/2 lb. peeled shrimp
