- 1 lg. bell pepper
- 1 lg. onion
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 3 lb. peeled shrimp
Directions

1Chop & saute pepper & onion in butter until tender in a dutch oven.

2Add flour and cook until golden brown.

3Add a quart of water bring to a boil.

4Simmer for an hour until onions and bell peppers disappear.

5Gravy will be very thin.

6Add shrimp & cook slowly for about 15-20 minutes until shrimp is done.

7Serve over rice.
