  • 1/2 cup sliced english cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh arugula
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar & Oil Dressing

    Slice red onion into thin strips, then set aside.

    Seperate the arugula on two plates.

    Then put 1/2 cup of each veggie on each top.
