- 1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- cooked rice or egg noodles
Directions

1Saute shrimp in butter for 3 to 5 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.

2Add soups and stir until well blended.

3Stir in sour cream, curry powder and parsley.

4Continue stirring until mixture is piping hot, then serve immediately over hot cooked rice or noodles.

5Makes 4 to 6 servings.
