- 3 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 2/3 c. onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. consomme
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Saute shrimp in 6 tablespoons margarine.

2Remove shrimp and reserve.

3Add remaining 2 tablespoons margarine, mushrooms, onion and garlic.

4Cook 5 minutes.

5Add flour.

6Stir in consomme, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, dill and salt.

7Simmer 2 minutes. Add sour cream.

8Add shrimp.

9Heat, but do not boil.

10Serve over rice and noodles.
