- 6 cups masa harina flour
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup corn oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 ounces shrimp, ground
- 2 cubes shrimp bouillon
- 60 cooked shrimp
Directions

1Dilute the shrimp bouillon in water.

2Add the Masa, corn oil,baking powder and the ground shrimp, blending with an electric mixer to obtain a consistent mixture.

3Pour the mixture in each 4 inch muffin mold and fill to half level.

4Add two shrimps into each mold and fill the rest with the remaining mixture.

5Bake for 20 minutes at 350* F.
