- 3/4 lb shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
- 1/4 lb green olives, pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
Directions

1Combine shrimp and olives in a serving dish.

2In a skillet over medium low heat the olive oil, adding the spices (curry powder - ginger) and cook for 30 seconds.

3Toss spice mixture with shrimp and add lemon.

4Refrigerate until chilled.
