- 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 pie crust stick (prepackaged)

Directions

1Grind shrimp.

2Combine all ingredients except pastry stick and cream; blend into a paste.

3Prepare pastry stick as directed.

4Roll very thin and cut into 2-inch circles.

5Place 1 teaspoon of filling in center of each circle.

6Moisten edges with cold water; fold over and press edges together with fork.

7Prick tops and brush with cream.

8Bake in a hot oven, 475°, for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown.

9Makes about 48 turnovers.
