  • 10 Shrimp
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 small Mushrooms
  • 2 Tortillas

Directions

    Cut up all veggies into bite sized pieces.

    Saute them over medium heat.

    Boil water over high heat.

    Add in shrimp then reduce heat to medium-high.

    Boil shrimp for about 3-5 minutes.

    Set aside to cool.

    Cut up into bite sized pieces.

    You can add mayo to the tortilla for more flavor & add any seasonings of your choice.

    Sprinkle in cheese.

    Add all ingredients into tortilla.
