- 2 (4 oz.) cans small shrimp or 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp
- 1/2 lb. bay scallops, sliced
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- Parmesan cheese
- cognac or brandy (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Grease individual ovenproof dishes. Place scallops in dish.

3Arrange shrimp on top.

4Place cheese on top of shrimp.

5Make Bechamel sauce by melting butter.

6Add flour and whisk well.

7Slowly add milk and broth, whisking all the while.

8Add Worcestershire, garlic and horseradish until smooth. Pour Bechamel sauce over cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.

9Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until bubbly on top.
