- 12 ounces cooked shrimp, thawed and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger root, minced
- 1 Tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Wonton wrappers
- Sesame seeds
- Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp cold watter

11. Preheat oven to 425

22. Mix first 6 ingredients together until well blended

33. Place 1 Tbsp of shrimp mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper

44. Bring corners of wrapper together, twist and pinch tight. Flatten bottom. Place in baking pan, brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds

55. Bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel

66. Serve with dipping sauce made by combining soy sauce, rice wine and cold water.
