  • 1 1/2 ounces La Diablada pisco
  • 2 ounces Knudsen's Cider & Spice apple cider
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice, from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (see note)
  • 2 dashes Bar Keep Chinese Bitters

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add pisco, apple cider, lemon, simple syrup, and bitters. Shake until well chilled. Strain into an ice-filled serving glass-use crushed ice if desired.
