  • 4 oz/120g chickpeas (soaked 6 hours)
  • 3 Tablespoons Tahin
  • 4 cloves garlic (crushed with salt)
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seets
  • salt\pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon pinenuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon pul biber

    preheat oven to 400F\Mark 6\200C

    Soak and cook the chickpeas in fresh water until soft

    Pound them with the tahin, garlic, cumin, oil, and lemon juice.

    Season to taste

    Spoon the mixture into a guvec

    Melt the butter in a pan, stir in the pine nuts and biber, pour over hummus

    bake it for 20 minutes
