  • 1 12 cups campbell's ready-to-use chicken broth
  • 12 cup apple juice
  • 1 bay leaf (optiional)
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mild paprika
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain uncooked white rice
  • 3 cups fresh cut-up vegetables or 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

    Heat broth, apple juice, bay leaf, garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoons paprika to a boil in a large skillet, stirring occasionally.

    Add chicken; cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

    Return to boil; reduce heat to low.
