  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and cut
  • 1 c. green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 cube margarine
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. flour or cornstarch

Directions

    Melt margarine; add onion, pepper and spices.

    Add mushrooms. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes.

    Add flour or cornstarch to thicken.
