- 3 fish Sole (Large)
- 100 ml Water
- 100 ml Sake
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Grated ginger
- 1 the same size as the pot Aluminium foil
Directions

1Remove the insides from the fish, wash with streaming water, and cut in half.

2Put the ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.

3Add Step 1 to the pot, making sure the filet do not overlap.

4Cover with aluminum foil directly on top of the fish (open a hole in the center).

5Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

6Scoop the liquid over the fish and then simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

7Turn off the heat.
