  • 100 grams (you could mix the two Margarine or butter
  • 100 grams Sugar (or granulated sugar)
  • 100 grams Cake flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 3 packs Heavy cream (coffee creamer)
  • 1 stick Sugar sticks

Directions

    Cut the apple into 1 cm cubes.

    Lightly mix in the lemon juice and sugar, and then microwave for 2 minutes at 700W.

    Put the butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave.

    Mix in the sugar and eggs, and then add heavy cream.

    Preheat the oven to 200C.

    Mix the cake flour and baking powder together, and then sift the mixture.

    Stir the mixture into the bowl from Step 2, add the apples from Step 1 and mix it all together.

    Fill the molds to 80% full with the batter and bake in the oven for 17 minutes at 200C.

    When you think they're done, stick a toothpick in and if nothing sticks to it, then the madeleines are done!
